Background

Currently, parts of the global company are either exploring or transitioning to a Microsoft-based cloud ecosystem. PwC Norway has its own automation team dedicated to standardizing and streamlining business processes. Until now, they have primarily relied on UiPath and Google Cloud services for their automation needs. Now, they aim to explore the capabilities of the Power Platform to develop internal apps, automate processes, and create dashboards.

Inloop’s role

Inloop has assisted PwC Norway in accelerating their Power Platform initiative. This includes creating an environment strategy, managing licensing, access management, and application lifecycle management in compliance with global guidelines. Furthermore, Inloop has developed model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate workflows, including integration with Gmail for email sending via the Google Cloud Platform, as well as Power BI reports.
